Music, the Glory and Cosmic War

As Israel is the canary in the coal-mine to civilisation, so music and worship are the canary to the Church. When altars of worship are replaced by stages of entertainment, not only do congregations stop singing, but sexual and financial scandals soon follow. The canary’s beautiful song is a metaphoric warning, but is also an invitation, to stand with Israel, and for believer’s voice to rise in praise.
War drums are beating across the earth. Behind plots of political manoeuvrings and media manipulations lies a deeper conflict—the cosmic war. The spiritual war of kingdoms clashing is Satan and his cohorts striving to block the return of Jesus to Jerusalem to reign on David’s throne.
How do we stand against such darkness? The Lord has been training worshipping warriors in hidden trenches—His spiritual Airforce—those who will gain air supremacy through sound, song, decrees and intercession.
The sound needed for this new era is not defined by age, style, or trend but by anointing. What was developed in times of peace, will not sustain us in times of war—a paradigm shift is needed. The Church must now release the sound that resonates with the armies of heaven, ‘for such a time as this.’ The Lord ordained a governing sound aligned with His throne—needed for end-time battles.
The cosmic war between God and Satan is, in truth, no contest. Jesus triumphed at the cross, and Michael and his angels cast the dragon out of heaven.
Yet as this ancient conflict nears its climax, we stand at a time gate of convergence. Throughout history, this battle has often been fought through music and sound—created by God to fill the atmosphere of heaven and earth with perfect praise. Yahweh placed that creative gift in Lucifer, in angels, in us—and even creation. NASA confirms this truth in its recordings of stars and planets singing. Scientific research reveals the profound impact of music on the human body and soul.
But Lucifer, once heaven’s chief musician, turned his gift toward rebellion. Barred from heaven, his music was corrupted. He knows, and fears, the pure sounds of Glory that flow from God’s throne.
So the deceiver wages war against true worship, and seeks to destroy those near and dear to the heart of God—both Israel and the Church. As in ancient Israel, he seeks to silence our voices and songs of praise—by the “rivers of ‘Mystery’ Babylon”. With the venom of the serpent, he tries to poison and pervert the sound of glorious praises.
To discern true from deceiving sounds, we must understand the origin of music, and its connection to His Glory and the cosmic war. For it is the sound of heaven, released through the bridal Church, that penetrate darkness and announces the King’s return.
Darkness and light are both spiritual entities and natural reality. As the light of Jesus confronts the kingdom of darkness—the Lord calls us to release sounds and songs that carry the frequencies of His Glory. The glory terrifies demonic kings but brings freedom, healing and restoration to those once bound by them. The radiant bride, ready for the marriage supper of the Lamb, will sing exquisite songs to the worthy Lamb.
Let His Glory ring out, filling the globe with our worship aligned with His sceptre and throne of authority.
