New Year's Eve the Lord gave us a prophetic song: “Not by Power nor by Might, but by My Spirit says the Lord, this mountain will be removed” from Zechariah 4. What mountain was the Lord referring to?
God often does significant things during the feast seasons. Therefore to understand what God is doing—watch! Many divine appointments occur.
Last weekend the Feast of Trumpets heralded 10 days of Awe. According to the new regulations, we celebrated sounding shofars and worshipping with banners in the nearby park.
Already there are significant happenings as the feast season began—which we will share in a moment.
Saturday 26th September, our worship day falls among the 10 Days of Awe as we prepare to enter into the Day of Atonement on Sunday 27th. As we witness the tumult in the nations—this really is a time to be in awe of the Holy One of Israel. He is shaking the nations so nothing is left except His Kingdom. As Hebrews 12 concludes: “ Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.”
The restoration of the Tabernacle of David is prophecy being fulfilled. Restoration began when Peter first ministered to the Gentiles. The Jewish Apostles were grappling with the concept that the Gospel was also for the Gentiles.
